Zanzibar Extreme Water Sports opened its doors in 2013. Fun watersports activities for families of all ages! We offer Jet ski, Jet ski safari’s, scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, wakeboarding, knee boarding, waterski, banana boat and many more tubes to wear you out all in 6 hours of non stop fun!!

Zanzibar is a barefoot beach-break that will have you sun-soaked and smiling. From diving alongside a pod of dolphins to snorkelling on a colourful coral reef and sipping you preferred tipple while sailing on a traditional dhow, there is something for everyone here. This is why it remains one of the world’s most celebrated island holiday destinations.

We at Zanzibar Watersports are fortunate to call this our home. Based on the island’s northern tip in Kendwa. We are known as a highly professional and experienced operator for fishing and diving in Zanzibar. Our expat and local staff are well-trained, welcoming, and simply love what they do. Experiencing Zanzibar with us is as much about making new friends as it is about getting in the water.

All our centres offer the full range of PADI courses. First-time divers can sign-up for the Discover Scuba Diving course, while those who are wanting to take the plunge into professional diving, can become an accredited Open Water Scuba Instructor with us. Our commitment to your health, safety and protection is evidenced in our continuous perfect safety record.

As part of an archipelago, Zanzibar is one of several islands off the Tanzanian coast. Zanzibar Watersports is just a boat-ride away from the Mnemba Atoll Marine Park, which is famous for its rich sea life and idyllic beach settings that can be experienced in a variety of ways. Along with fishing and diving, we offer snorkeling, parasailing, kiteboarding, catamaran cruises, dhow cruises and other water-based activities, that range from adventurous to low-key.

A special treat that the Zanzibar Watersports crew love putting together is our Zanzibar ‘Seafari’. This is a full-day excursion that takes you out into the Mnemba Atoll, where you have the chance to spot turtles, dolphins and other incredible marine life while snorkeling for hours. The afternoon ends with a delicious seafood bbq on board the dhow. You may even see the majestic whale sharks that migrate past the island twice a year or a pod of rare humpback dolphins that have been sighted several times.
